Women of the Year Achievement Award
Every year, WHEN’s members have the chance to recognize an outstanding woman in healthcare in the metropolitan Chicago area with the Women of the Year Achievement Award.
Since 1987, numerous women have received the association’s highest honor. The Women of the Year Achievement Award was originally called the Annual Achievement in Health Care Management Award. It continues to recognize achievement and service by women in healthcare and in the community. This prestigious award is presented annually to a woman who has demonstrated outstanding professional achievement, contributed significantly to the healthcare profession and/or her community, and promoted the advancement of women in healthcare executive positions.
